Do What You Love & Love What You Do

It’s Lisa Sucato and welcome to my blog. I’m not even going to pretend that I’m good at this, I’m not! I’m just writing from the heart. I’m a simple, no frills, no hype kind of girl. I am a wife and mother of two of Gods treasures. I have been through many jobs in my life, but was never truly happy or content. I wanted more.. I am loving summer time and I’m just back from 1 full week of livin' on the beach. Sounds crazy but lounging , surfing, catching the am sunrise with friends & family with a little business thrown in the mix makes things just about perfect. Isn’t that what life is truly about? Bucket List
Do any of you have a bucket list?
I do and one of the things on my list was to swim with the dolphins....
I can’t believe it’s almost one year since I kissed that cute dolphin at Discovery Cove, the toothless one. Capricorn was his name, he was 30+ years old and missing most of his teeth, but as handsome as ever. Back rubs, belly rubs showing off… Dolphin Kisses and a ride on his dorsal fin. It was a day of adventure and a priceless experience.
My week at the beach was another exciting adventure. I was an on looker as a resort guest helped save a sea turtle from the dreaded hook, fishing line and rope attached to his flipper. Held a tarantula & python. Yeah, I know what you are thinking.... What was I thinking? It's just another chapter on my journey thru life or maybe I was just a little off my rocker. I even opted for a night on our 5th floor terrace to sleep outside in the salt air & listen to the sound of waves crashing against the beach.
What's my point you ask? Passion
If you’ve seen the movie UP you might know exactly what I’m talking about. My favorite motto is ”Life is Good”. It's also one of my favorite stories, the story of Jake and the "Life is Good" guys. How many people truly love their life? Love what they do? Love how they feel? I'm blessed because I have passion... Passion for my family, passion for health & fitness, passion for the beach and passion for helping others.
Book of Adventures
Now that you know a little about me, lets get back to the movie “UP". It was a direct message for adults. Life is your book of adventures. It’s meaning to me personally was that, I simply refuse to life pass me by without fulfilling my dreams & desires both healthfully & wealthfully. You can have all the wealth in the world but without health you truly have nothing. I figured that one out a couple of years ago and have already started filling the balloons. If you want more out of life, you need to take care of you. If you want that house next to the waterfall or just be the person that feels good and loves life. Just Do It! If you haven’t seen the movie, I encourage you to go watch it! It’s a true eye opener and then this will all make sense. If you are looking for something extra, something you may never get by taking your current path, change direction like I did and never look back. I have a wonderful friend, named Luv, she is an amazingly strong person and an inspiration to all. Read her story....
32 yr old wife and mother who is recovering from thyroid cancer. My 2nd day on radiation I was introduced to Qivana the company and even after being severely ill, I was still open minded. A month later Qivana the products were delivered to my door. After a few days, my husband noticed a difference in my skin. Then I started to notice a clarity that I have not felt in years. I also noticed some other positive differences in my body and how I felt. All 6 of my doctors in the past few months have told me that I should not LOOK & FEEL as good as I do after having a stage 3 tumor taken out of my neck.
